About the art: The Midnight Dancer
One of my most fun, light-hearted images of a dancer designed to inspire those who wish to live in harmony with the universe. The Midnight Dancer comes out to dance at night. She holds her arms above her head in a circle formation which is the symbol of unity. This image can transport you to a simpler time or it can help you find relaxation and peace with its soothing blue colors and the star-dotted sky above.
Description of The Subject
The Midnight Dancer stands with her arms above her head in a circle, with one arm raised. There is one tree below her raised leg and she stands on a hill. A yellow crescent moon is in the upper left hand corner with a night sky dotted with stars.
Original art. Signed on the back.

About the Artist: Deanna Yildiz
I’m an artist, born and bred in New York, living in Kingston, Canandaigua, Adirondacks, Maryland, NYC while having visited Turkey, New Zealand, Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, Colorado, Florida, New Orleans, Puerto Rico, San Juan, Camuy, Vienna, Austria, Czech when it was Czechoslovakia and more. I enjoy creating great works of art. I am a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology, SUNY FIT, taking Art History from Chad Mandeles, studying under tutelage of comic artist Ed Renfro. I also attended art school at the Woodstock School of Art, training under master artist and educator Nicholas Buhalis who taught me color theory which changed my life and perspective on the world. I have been doing artwork for over 20 years and enjoy especially capturing life and emotions that increase the human bond and our relationship to life and nature. I usually work with a sense of Loose, sometimes Stylized Realism but dabble in many different art mediums and visual topics as they inspire me.
